Problem

Wdrażając system controllingu w przedsiębiorstwie najczęściej zaczyna się od zmian w strukturze organizacyjnej. Powstaje wówczas nowy dział, który powoduje bardzo żywe reakcje otoczenia. Reakcje te bywają różne i wynikają najczęściej z niechęci do zmian. Jak sobie z tym radzić, szczególnie właśnie na początku wdrożenia, kiedy jest z tym zdecydowanie najgorzej?

In times when black clouds gather above many companies, there is a growing awareness of how important it is to create a sustainable business value. These difficult times will certainly become a turning point for the development of the financial sphere and in particular for the Polish controlling.

A proof in this respect is the impressive number of participants at the 3rd International Controller‘s Congress (18 -19.06.2009, Poznan, Poland), which was organised by the Internationaler Controller Verein. The interesting discussions of controlling practicians, financial directors, consultants and experts provide excellent guidelines for controllers in many companies during the stormy times. Of course, there were numerous presentations meant to depict the experience and difficulties in the controlling field within the financial and banking sector, which is regarded as the cause of the economic difficulties all over the world.

On 27th, 28th May 2010 Poznan became a capital of Polish controlling. As every Lear there appeared controllers from leading Polish and foreign companies to take part in the 4th International Congress of Controllers: Controlling Intelligence Adventure (CIA).

This year the participants came in large numbers not only to exchange experiences, get to know new trends and raise their references, but also or mainly, to estimate what is the real Picture “after storm”.
